I have created several documents and now I am signing up for a LooseStitch Pro account. Will my existing documents get imported automatically?
Yes. When you signup for a LooseStitch Pro account, all the documents associated with the email address will get automatically imported into your account.

Can I try a LooseStitch Pro account for a few days before I buy it?

Can I cancel my LooseStitch Pro subscription? Will I get reimbursement?
No. LooseStitch Pro signups are irreversible. We won't reimburse your payment after you have paid for the service.

To refer LooseStitch to your friends, go to your Plan page and will find a link that they should use to sign up for their own LooseStitch Pro account.

I have more than one email address that people invite me to. Can I add more email addresses to my LooseStitch Pro account?
Yes. You will find a link labeled "manage your email addresses" under Your Account page. On that page, you can add additional email addresses to your account. After we confirm the email address, we will import all existing documents associated with that email address. Any invite that you receive after that point will be automatically forwarded to your account.
