The meeting will be labelled by a particular subproject (required by the report generator).
Scenario 2 - Yi has overlapping work on 9T and CT
Scenario 3 - vacation is scheduled on gpc's calendar
by authority -- if by vacationee then there would be no oversight of changes
Does Gary have special CIVM calendar with Sally Z access or somehow does SallyZ get access to his netid calendar?
Scenario 4 - Gary wants vacation while a 7T scan is scheduled
