Use slg login on Panorama as eclipse setup point for scanfinder project and tomcat upload.

due to HITCH: tomcat/webmodule1 does not run on slg's mac in eclipse. 3/8 tomcat library error on spidey. (tag related) (also old code!)

Fallback is get working scanfinder and cspec under slg login on jeff's computer.

as of all hands meeting ucla has introduced hack that breaks alternate file types. Jeff is not sanguine that they will care to work this out before his time is up.

more work due to R-L reversals. Jeff could tell BIRN how to fix it.
